I am 26 years old. From the last 3 months, I am suffering from poor sleep issues, one day last month I got panic attack and excessive fatigue, muscle weakness, balance problem. I told my symptoms to the local dr, he gave 6 methylcobalamin injections and 1500 mcg supplements without even testing b12 level, but I am unable to sleep for more than 3 hours, should I consider sleeping pills temporarily? As Dr. has told it might take 5 months to completely heal.
