It may be a degenerative changes like osteoarthritis.Quadricep exercise-keep a towel roll behind knee by keeping your leg straight.Then press your knee so that the knee will be pressed.Hold for 10 second .Then release it. 2.Calf muscle self stretching 3.Hamstring self stretching 4.Straight leg raise in supine and side lying,hold it for 8 sec. Then release. Repeat all exercise for 15 repetation for 3 session daily followed by hot formentation.
