Been battling very high blood pressure from early 20s. Root cause is betnesol induced blood pressure. Since I took extensive amount of betnesol, which is a steroid for my asthma condition. My vasodilation ability has significantly reduced. My blood pressure is around 178/115. Now I am 45, male and getting left hand pain and shoulder discomfort. No allopathic medicines have worked. So looking for a food alternate remedy. Have strong belief in siddha and ayurveda .kindly assist. Thanks joshua chalapathy.
