Good morning doctor, my son don't eat cerelac which are available in the market. Kindly provide me the procedure and ingredients to make home made cerelac. Your precious advice is highly appreciated.

Dear Lybrate reader a mixture of rice, redgram dhal, green leafy vegetables or carrot pieces or potato pieces is boiled well and a paste is made to which a drop of cow ghee and small quantity of salt can be added and this will be a good alternative. Also boiled egg and fruit juice (fresh not ready made) 30 ml is very good for the child.
