I am a homosexual male. Age 36. I had unsafe sex with another man. Although we never inserted each other, we did take each other's penis in mouth without condom. But we never ejaculated in each other's mouth. But that was the first time I did anything without condom. Hence, got very scared. So even got hiv test done. Date of contact: 3rd jan 2020 had fever, flu symptoms: 21st feb to about 26th feb had teeth pain have been undergoing rct. During tooth pain in about may mid- I felt a small swelling type in right jaw. Dentist said that's because of teeth infection. Although, I had antibiotics and rct, the small swelling is still there. And I assumed its lymph node. So got the hiv screening test done from Dr. laal path lab. Got following result: hiv 1 & 2 antibodies screening test, serum @ final result: negative hiv 1/2 & p24 combo test (cmia) index value: 0.15 date of contact: 03rd jan 2020 date of test: 21 june so, can I safely consider that I am completely hiv free. I dis not have any sexual contact again after 3rd jan.
