Hloo. Doctors. I am 26 year old male. Sir pichle kuch maheeno se mere ko lower back mai pain ho rha hai. Pr aaj kl vo drd bdhta ja rha hai. Aaj kl mere ko zmeen or jyada baithna pd rha hai or jb bhi mai zmeen or baith ta hun. Yoga position mai or kisi or position mai toh drd start ho jata hai. Agr mai jyada der baith jaun fir vps khde hone mai or problem aati back kuch time k liye bend hi rehti. Sidhi krte tym bhi drd hota chair vgera pr baithne pr bhi drd hota agr mai subhe running or hlki c exercise krun toh drd thoda km hota sitting time thoda bdh jata. Aage bend hone or bhi hota aage bend hona toh mai avoid krta. But mere ko baithna pdta thoda jyada due to profession. Muze yeh pta krna hai k yeh disc problem toh nai hai. Coz aise toh side mai drd hota but jb khda hota mai tb centre mai hota aage jhukne or bhi centre mai drd rehta lockdown ki vjh se mai khin ja nai pa rha so please muze pta krna hai k khin yeh disc problem toh nai or kya exercise krni chahiye.

Physiotherapy clinic jaker swd+ift 5 din aur ift+us therapy 10 din karwayein, dard kam hojayega, uske baad lower back strengthening exercises start kariye. Yes apko disc ka issue he hai, nerve compression ki wajah se apko zameen pe uthna baithna mushkil rahega.
