I have met with small accident while driving scooter 4 months ago. I have fallen towards right side of my body and I didn't get any hurts but my body weight or impact got on my right leg knee at that time I have a pain and I was not able move it but some how I made me to walk and flexed it back and forth. I had small pain since than while I do some excessive work or it get some pressure while I sit on right leg. So I that it needs some rest I have waited since then but now since 1 week i'm facing severe pain while I walk or flex. I'm feeling pain in my calf too. I'm not so clear about the problem need help from experts. Please let me know about the issue and the required treatment for my issue. Thanks.

Wall calf stretch stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Hold this for the 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.
