I am 28 years male, I am having excessive hairfall and gaining weight, tsh is 6.72uiu/ml, t4 is 8.02ug/dl, t3 is 112 ng/dl, fasting blood sugar was 83 mg/dl, hba1c was 5.3, mean plasma glucose 105, sgpt 90, sgot 61 u/l, alp 87, albumin 4.4, globulin 3.6, a/g ratio 1.2, s. bilirubin 0.83, ldh 281, kft normal, except for s.creatinine which is 0.79 and s.uric acid which is 8.3 mg/dl, lipid profile is totally deranged with cholesterol 226, triglycerides 156, hdl 51, ldl 166, non hdl 175, chol/hdl ratio 4.4, ldl/hdl ratio 3.3, vldl 31.2, vitamin d is 5.52, rh factor is <9.5, please help me out. Thanks.

Hi vit d is low, tsh increased, high lipid profile, liver function is not normal. You need to take proper treatment. Avoid oily, fatty food, meat, alcoholic drinks, caffeinated beverages etc. You can consult me online for treatment and guidance.
