I am 55 years old. I got a fracture in tibia bone 14 days back. Now the fibre plaster has become loose and there is a little pain in my knee. So is there anything to worry or is it normal to get a little pain in fracture when the plaster becomes loose. Please suggest.

It has perhaps been loosened by reduced swelling. Better to ask your ortho specialist. However if everything is ok, you may add one or two classic ayurveda medicine to your regime like laxadi g and sudhasaptak etc to fast recovering the calcium needs. Pl consult if needs further guidance.
