Hi, Brush karte samay 3 day se masoodo se blood aata hai sirf brush karte samay. what is the problem koi darne ki baat toh nahi. doctor main pepsodent whitening use kar raha hu. Aur meri tounge kai dino se ajeeb si ho gayi hai darar pad gai hai cracks ho gayi hai kai jagah se jeebh ko 6 month ho gaye theek nahi ho rahi kai doctor ko dikhaya mujhe tension ho rahi hai doctor help me.

Gums bleeding is not a big issues mostly it's normal. But it bleed when gums get inflamed, or may be you put more force on gums. Or other causes are like gingivitis and vitamin c & k deficiency. So try to take rich in vitamin c & k diet. And used dabur red toothpaste. Still didn't work out you may consult with dentist.
