Pyorrhea will not go by using toothpaste alone, you have to visit dental clinic and work has to be done on the causative factors. Please do not delay as you said its already since 3 years, delaying in treatment will cause loosening of teeth.

First get it examined from your nearby dentist, he might advice you to go for deep cleaning,/x ray to rule out any bone loss. Then he will suggest you medicated pastes for few months.

Hello, periodontitis or pyorrhoea is a disease which start from basic gum infection and goes to bone loss. It requires a systematic treatment. Kindly visit a dentist and get a round of deep cleaning done after that if required other treatment will be suggested by the dentist.

Pyrrhoea should be taken seriously and proper treatment is needed. First step is deep scaling and curettage. Then xray full mouth to check the level of bone loss. Consult proper periodontist.

Brush at least 3 times a day, use mouth wash, at night brush with baking soda and rinse your mouth with warm lemon water, chew few leaves of basil.
