Ingredient: one loaf of bread toothpaste how to do: bake bread until its shell becomes charred. Get a small portion of its charred peel and mix with toothpaste; brush your teeth with this mixture before bedtime. With this mixture you should not use frequently, 2 times /per. Cause of discoloration – smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc.) genetics. You may have a yellow bacterial film called “plaque” that occurs naturally in mouth that can build up. If not removed it hardens to form tartar. Advise deep cleaning, polishing, whitening (bleaching) procedures, artificial enamel filling or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months. The yellow bacterial film called “plaque” that occurs naturally in your mouth can build up if not removed regularly through good oral hygiene practices.

Hi lybrate-user, our teeth colour is always natural like our skin colour. We cannot change the teeth colour that easily. Whitening is the only option for you. But whitening procedures has side effects like prolonged sensitivity of teeth. So please be careful before your take any decision with regards to your yellow teeth. Also it’s very difficult to whiten your teeth with whitening toothpastes. Hope this was helpful. Thank you very much.

Hi lybrate-user, you have to get professional dental cleaning done after this lockdown gets over. You have to visit of dentist for this kind of cleaning. Sometimes few people have naturally yellow teeth and that cannot be changed. But the only way out to change that colour is with the help of teeth whitening procedure, but it is not recommended for all the patients as there are some sideeffects like it leads to prolonged sensitivity of your teeth. So it is not recommended for all the people. If your teeth are yellow due to some extrinsic stains or external stains then it will get clear with the help of teeth cleaning procedure at any dental clinic. Hope this was helpful. Thank you very much.

There is no paste that can remove strong tobacco stains. Only a dentist can remove using ultrosonic scaler. However, use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. You may consult me in person. You can get teeth whitening done. Always get it done from your dentist, don't try hacks at home. It's not safe. You can ask your doctor for a home kit as well.
