Hi Sir, How can I eat less, actually I gain weight because of overeating, so can I become calories deficient?

Hi, It is not eating less will lead to weight gain but it is what you chose to eat will help. Firstly avoid all junk/ packaged/ refined and fried foods. Do not skip your breakfast. Include freshly prepared meals for all meals. Include fruits and salads daily in your diet. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily. Keep meal size small and frequent. Do not starve. Include protein in your diet in form of paneer/ milk and milk products or egg white if you take. Make a proper exercise regime along with diet.
