Day 1-vomiting sensation and could nt eat anything. General physician suggested dolo 650 and citralka syrup. Day 2-no medicine taken she felt ok. Day 3,4,5-again same feel, occasionally taken dolo 650 when fever was present. Day 5-blood test and urine test result creatinine 1.9 hb 11.6 esr 92 mm from urine complete analysis, albumin/protein +(no range is mentioned, clarity turbid ,pus cells 22-24, epithelial cells 2-4 in urine culture report, occasional pus cells and no bacteria seen and no growth. No abnormality in usg whole abdomen. Urologist suggested vifix o and gossip d tablets morning and night day 7 still she has the same issues vomiting sensation and could not sleep in night and could nt eat anything. Any other test should be done? It can be cured? how long it will take to cure? After the infection is cured, creatinine will be back to normal? Any modification in the treatment is needed. Which specialist should be approached? Is it temporary kidney disease? Please provide clarification.
