Hello. Hypertension in pregnancy needs a comprehensive approach and close monitoring. It's important to monitor blood pressure every 2 to 3 days, to maintain a bp chart, to take adequate protein, to be aware of ominous signs and symptoms like headache, visual disturbances, pain upper abdomen, decreased urine output etc. Following investigations should be done like cbc, lft,rft (creatinine) and urine for albumin or urine albumin creatinine ratio. A baseline usg for fetal well being should also be done. It's better once you go to your doctor for further clinical examination and evaluation.
