Hi, I am 24 years old female. I got married just a month back. I am short-tempered and I lose my patience quickly. My bad temper worked out in my working place but not in my personal life. I really want to reduce my anger as I am very harsh to my family and my husband. In my workplace, people are really scared to speak with me. I really want to change myself and to lead a good married life. I went through several counsellings but all in vain. Please advise

Find another counsellor, learn to de stress by doing meditation, yoga etc. Use safer ways to express your anger like explaining it, writing a letter, having open communication and accepting your contribution to the problem. See people for their positives also and not just see their negatives. Have fewer expectations from people and you will be happier. Have a balanced view of yourself and other people. Learn to be gentle, soft and kind to yourself and others too. You can chat with me privately if you want.
