My mom (75 yrs) had a paralytic stroke stroke 4 months back. She is diabetic and also suffers from hypertension. She is taking medications for the same (insulin 4 times a day) even then her sugar is high when checked in the morning mostly in the range of 250 to400. What should be the pattern of diet for her so that her sugar level remains stable. Her right side is effected and physiotherapy is going on.
