My daughter aged 30 yrs weighing about 95 kg. Despite having all sort of option like jim (4 months), VLCC and walking, her weight is still hovering about the same. Recently I consulted a reputed Dietecian, who made her level best but could not reduce her weight despite the fact she adhere all the precausion and meal strictly for 5 monts. She is veg and her diet is also quite normal. She has no thyroid or sugar. She is overweight since her school days. Can I be advised as to how to get her weight reduced.

If we do gym without the correct diet, we loose muscles (protein) also which are the building blocks of the body, along with carbs & fats. The moment we quit gym the weight comes back and sometimes more than weight lost. To reduce your daughter's weight she needs to make your customised diet chart. However she should should eat 3-4 fruits, 6-7 veg including saw veg salad, sprouts, whole grains etc and legumes to loose weight in healthy way. She needs to eat small portions frequently like 6 times than traditional big portions 3 times. She also needs to drink 3-4 cups of green tea.
