I got hurt close to my wrist by a hockey ball while playing field hockey. I have had an inflammation since then. It has been 2 weeks. I can move my wrist and can even lift heavy weights but when I rub it with pressure it hurts. A similar thing happened when my hand is shaken tightly. Will this subside eventually?

It might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome, where the pain will be felt in the wrist. You can do hot water fermentation/ wax therapy for shoulder and for the wrist pain (hand pain) you can do ice therapy which will reduce the pain.
