I am trying to loose weight. I just eat a bowl of pulses daily and 3 bowl of fruit a day i.e breakfast lunch dinner is fruits. Running 5 km everyday with avg timing of 22 mins. Been following this from last 2 weeks. But no result please help me. What should I do.

Hello, Only eating fruits 3 times a day will not help you to loose weight it will only makes you weak from inside by not adding other major nutrients which are must for healthy weight loss. You need a proper diet plan to work on weight loss. You can contact me if you want to go for consultation.
