Asthma problem by birth and I had taken budecort and asthalin inhaler till I was 16 then I stop to take it as per doctor recommendation but now i'm 22 and whenever I go for jogging sans lena mai bohot dikat hoti hai to jogging time konsa inhaler sath rakhi asthalin ki budecort in emergency case?
