Dear doctors, I am 54 years old female, having bone pain in all joints, irregular periods, lower back pain, when walking on stairs to first floor I have severe pain on knees, left leg I have radiating pain from hip to foot, having head pain. Medical reports shows normal: but having vitamin d lower level, loss of lumbar lordosis, tiny osteophytes noted at multiple levels, disc desiccation with diffuse disk bulge noted l4-l5 level causing anterior thecal sac indentation with secondary spinal canal stenosis and bilateral neural foramina narrowing. Mantoux test (ppd 1tu) skin observed value: positive (12) but doctors said it will not cause problem.

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.
