If food is having blood drops of HIV infected blood on pieces to be served and person who eats has bleeding gums and sores in his mouth, why HIV infection can not be there in adult as it is said that HIV infection can not pass via HIV contaminated food. Please clarify as I am too much worried for this situation.

It is true that HIv cannot be transmitted by HIV contaminated food. It is spread by blood and blood products and body fluids of an infected person
