I am 33 year old Male. Have been on BP medication PINOM M50 for the past 1.5 years. occasionally I get high BP despite this medication. I go for Morning walks for around 4 kms every alternate days. Could you suggest if I can come out of this medication and live a better life. I have fear that this high medication could cause some serious side effects in future. Please suggest me.
