I am 23 years old I feel like I have some problem, last 2 days I am not feeling good and also nothing is eating if I eat food then I feel like I will do vomiting and also feel weakness. Mouth test is also different. And if hard smell is come so I feel like I will do vomiting. Please tell me what is the problem and solution.
