? am suffering from diabetes type 2 since last four years. My fasting sugar level was 169 in last week, it goes further high some time. What preca?tionary measures in diet and medication should ? take to maintain my blood sugar level. ? take a tablet of metformin and glyclazide one time only. Sho?ld I increase dose of medicine. Please guide me.
