Couple of days back I had went to get a haircut. While cutting my hair, the barber accidentally cut his palm with the scissor. He was bleeding a little. He cleaned his palm with the tissue and continued to cut my hair. At the moment I did not have any cuts or wounds on my head or body. Post my haircut, I also checked my hair for any blood on it but did not found any. Is this something to be worried about? Are there any chances of infection transmission like HIV or any other STD?
