Please doctors help me. Since 6 years I am suffering from depression. But in between it was too much severe that I was getting continuous suicidal thoughts. I thought I got crazy or wt that time I was totally closed to our parents so that I attached too much with my mom n dad now with good medication I overcome with suicidal thoughts but I can not go out for doing job bcz of that past incident is happening all that it still troubles me alot so that I am rejecting good job also I dunno what to do one of my week point is that only that I can not leave my parents.

If you have doubts about therapy or your therapist's approach, don't hide them. Instead, talk about them openly with your therapist. He or she will be happy to have your feedback. Together, you might be able to work out a new approach that works better. Be open to new ideas. Your therapist may have suggestions that sound strange. He or she may push you to do things that feel awkward or uncomfortable. But try to stay open. Give new approaches a try. You may find them more helpful than you expected. Don't give up. You may feel hopeless right now. You may feel like you're never going to get better. But feeling that way is a symptom of your condition.
