I think I've taken overdose of Vitamin D3 which is 60,000 IU. I am experiencing all the side effects mentioned on the website such as anxiety, headache, nausea, vomiting, sometime low blood pressure. I don't know if I am extra worried, please let me is it a overdose. I am 24 years old already.
