My mother is having recurrent boils from this june ,my cousin also have this and we live together. After my cousin suffers from that only after that this thing happens to my mother. Shes having mild form of gerd and calcium deficiency. Now she having a red spot on thigh, is this serious. Shes also has joint pain but her arthritis test is negative and get recurrent ring worm infection. please tell me the cause of single red blister on her thigh and these boils.

1. Lose weight (if you r obese). Obesity is the leading cause of GERD/ Acidity. Don't Overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Raising the head of your bed six to eight inches can help gravity keep gastric acid down in your stomach.
