I am suffering from cervical and lower back pain since last 10 years. I do exercise in regular basis but can't get relief from my problem. I have visited many orthopaedic and neurologists but nothing is going for positive. Pls help me MRI report says disc bulge on l3 l4. L4 l5. L5 ls.

Hi. Firstly what kind of exercises? May be your exercises aggravating your problem. Do exercises under the guidance of an experienced physiotherapist. Do hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid prolonged bending of neck and back. Avoid prolonged standing and sitting. Avoid lifting of weights. Most important take care of your posture. Take care.
