Sir I walked 8 km on daily basis. I am doing this work since one and half month and now there is pain my left knee. Kindly guide us that should I continue to walk while There is pain in my knee. I am afraid that if I continue to walk while pain in my knee that may harm my knee. If I continue to walk. Kindly guide me.
