My vitamin B12 is 112 pg/ml. What should I take injection or tablet. As per I am pure vegetarian I think there are a risk of side effects in injection I have symptoms sometime like fast heart rate, fatigue, dizziness,vertigo, etc Kindly suggest tablets or injection with doses.

Your symptoms are not seems of b12 deficiency. You have to go for evaluation by physician and both tablet and injection are safe.

There are no side effects of injection B12 apart from the little pain. Oral supplementation is less dependable due to variability in absorption rates. Injectable therapy rather helps in earlier replenishment of vitamin stores in body. If you don't want injectable therapy. Then oral is a second option.
