Hello, Thanks for the query. The glucose levels and HbA1c% mentioned show there is a good control. Usually when fasting glucose is < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% <6.8 all these are considered as very good control. So I don't see any problem. If you still want to achieve a stricted control, then give a closer look at the diet and exercise. Thanks.

It is quite good. Do not worry, it is not about perfect control. You have to look at the the average ( ref - HbA1c ) and enjoy normal life. Being active and eating healthy food ( eat more of healthy and nutritious food - and add variety ! ). Learn about healthy lifestyle changes and adapt a holistic approach to strike a balance. You can also add Yoga which can help you stay focused and relaxed at the same time. You shall imporve much more with more patience and understanding.
