My age is 29. 2 day before I had hypertension result of bp 140-110 I got ecg and echo. Both were normal. What should I do now. Actually I do not take coffee/tea daily even no alcoholic/smoking habit. At that day I took very strong coffee after that I got problem of dizziness and my head was swimming.
