I have no obvious symptoms of tb but still mantoux test was positive. Thought that the result was false positive I went fir tb quantiferon gold but was disappointed with the same results. Is there any chance that I do not have tb and even if I have I do not I have any symptoms.

Yes you may not. Or rather most likely do not have TB as you are asymptomatic. Both Mantoux test and Quantiferon Gold are markers of good immunity against TB and are not used to diagnose TB without combining with other tests like Sputum examination, and chest X Ray or tests like GeneXpert on sputum or other body tissue/fluid sample. These in addition to signs and symptoms of TB like fever cough loss of appetite and if for a long duration of symptoms then loss of weight. TB in other organs may produce symptoms specific to that organ also.
