Have patience and keep exercising everyday and eat healthy food ( increase the vegetables in daily diet ). You can also eat 1-3 fruits everyday. Learn yoga which can help to boost the metabolism and fine-tune your rhythm. Keep going for the check-up's and follow the instructions. Your intention should be to follow healthy lifestyle consistently ( and enjoy life ) with minimum dependence on medications in the future.
