Hello, Can fissure cause diarrhoea and after completing motion feeling like incomplete motion after sometime. I have grade 1 piles with fissures since four months and swelling is there at outside of anus. What is solution for me?

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and Take syp cremaffin two tsp at night and apply lidocaine ointment and if necessary get it operated

Cause of diarrhoea must be ascertained. Do stools test. Fissure does not cause diarrhoea. You need to see a surgeon.
