Hi you should be having proper timing slots for your meals for good health .You can have bf between 7 am-9 am in morng. At 11 am some in between drink or snack, around 12.30-1.30lunch,evng 3.30-4.30 some mini snack and finally near 7-8 pm. Dinner.Never skip meals. Tryvto have balanced diet at each meal.
