I'm 26 years old and have dry skin but now from the past two months I was prone to acne and suggested by a dermatologist to use isotretinoin both orally and topical use also. For topical use it was mixed with hydroquinone and glyceric acid combination, along with that azithromycin was also prescribed later changed to Clindamycin nanogel and Kojic acid, I have used all the prescribed drugs, creams but it's of no use still I'm suffering with pimples on my cheeks and fore head, can't even look at mirror feeling depressed to go out. Kindly suggest some remedy to over come this condition. Thank you sir / madam In advance.

Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne. So, please send photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
