I am having roughness on the roof of mouth and inner side of lips. I also noticed pinhole size mouth ulcers on my inner cheek and lower lip and its not painful. Their is also burning sensation in my tongue. This problem is from last 6 months. please let me know cause and solution to cure.

Kindly apply dologel ct over the ulcer two to three times daily for 15 days .and if things don't get fine kindly visit a dentist nearby.

Please start Trifla ghrit 2 tsp in milk at night daily. Then for local treatment apply Irimedadi tel in mouth and cheeks, lips n tongue etc. Keep as long as you can. Spit thereafter. If it goes down the oesophagus, no harm but is not good in taste. After few minutes gargle with ORO- T by pulling inside mouth and spit later. Do not wash with water as far as you can say 1/2 he. Report after a week. These are all safe ayurvedic medicines.
