Sir, I have my heart valve replacement one month ago but from that day I am just sleeping for 3 hrs per day. How can I sleep as before. I am depressed of not sleeping. Please tell me how can I sleep as before. Can I turn on my right side to sleep. I am sleeping on my back only.

Yes you can sleep on your side. Hope your doctor is happy with your heart functions. If you have an artificial valve, you may hear it clicking. It is a good sign. Sleep in peace. Make sure you are doing any blood tests the doctor has adviced.
