Both hemoglobin and triglycerides are high. Patient requires a detailed evaluation to find out what may be causing this followed by treatment. It will be best to consult a haematologist for the high hemoglobin and a cardiologist for high triglyceride evaluation. Without proper evaluation it will be difficult to say what is the problem and if it is serious.
