Include more nuts like almonds, walnuts, pista, hazelnuts etc .Oil seeds like sunflower, flaxseeds etc, and oils like olive, canola, sunflower. Seafood is also rich in Vitamin E. If the deficiency is too much and needs to be corrected sooner, supplements are advised for few days.
