Hi, I have been facing issues with my hair from past two years. Initially when hair fall was severe and I was not able to control it even after iron medicine , I had to cut down my hair to very short length like boys. I am regrowing my hair but they aint growing much even quality is not good. They have become very thin, curly n not much volume. My serum ferritin never goes above 20 even after taking iron medicine for two months with juice. Do not know what should I do to over come my hair problems. Please help.
