Hello I am rahil I am fitness boy but during my exercise I fell pain in my lower back. I want to know why I feel such a pain and also I feel sometime pain in my left wrist.

Hi lybrate-user it's all because of muscle strain can be corrected with proper posture maintenance during exercise. Ensure your use lesser weight and slowly progress to higher weights. Use a back belt while doing exercises for back exercises. Start using a wrist supporter while exercising regards.
