breakfast -sprouts, 2 egg whites mid morning -12 almonds lunch-brown rice, vegetable salad evening snack-fruits ,1 cup green tea dinner-soup/dalia (broken wheat porridge)/ragi malt exercise-30 min cardio, sun salutations I am following the above diet. Is it good or does it contain any high carb?

Your diet is low calorie which is good for weight loss. However you can add some more proteins to your diet in lunch and dinner by way of Dal / chickpeas / kidney beans. It can be in curry form or boiled. If you can convert 30 mins exercise into 60 mins it will be good.
