I am a 30 year old male and have undergone a few diagnostic tests recently. The tests results showed that my Vit D level is low (12.7 ng/ml. Same is the case with blood glucose (80 mg/dl. Similarly my RBC count and platelet count is also low. Kindly advise me what medicine I should take to improve this condition.
