You can only reduce belly fat through combined action of diet and exercises. Your body structure will be according to your life style. Through doing aerobic exercise you can reduce tummy fat. In part of diet include food with more fiber and take small frequent meals with maximum 2 to 3 hours gap. Drink at least 2 to 3 ltr of water. Include at least two portion of fruits daily.
