Hello sir, causes for ulcer in small/large intestine are tuberculosis, typhoid, amoebiasis, cancer, inflammatory bowel disease etc. Symptoms are crampy abdominal pain, diarhhoea, bleeding per rectum with stools and gradual loss of weight and appetite. For small intestine you can go for capsule endoscopy or CT scan. For large intestine colonoscopy is best. But before going for any of these test you should always consult a doctor like physician/surgeon/gastroenterologist.
